What if the best way to fight waste is by not wasting talent?

Porto Food Bank challenged us to raise awareness among companies about waste but without talking about food. In response, we shifted the perspective and looked at a less obvious form of waste: talent.
Across communication, science, the arts and many other fields, companies and professionals hold valuable skills that could support social causes. This insight became the foundation of a campaign centred on skills-based volunteering, encouraging organisations to put their expertise at the service of impact.
The concept came to life at the QSP Summit through a striking installation: a giant floating Food Bank bag. A familiar symbol that appeared empty of food but filled with something just as valuable: knowledge, time and talent. A QR code directed visitors to a landing page where companies and professionals could donate their skills and establish partnerships with Porto Food Bank.
